The Lakeland,
Florida, Ridge Woodcarvers’ Club held its 16th Annual Woodcarving Show. The one-day event took place
on March 8, 2008, in Bartow, Florida. In addition to a judged

There were raffles for door prizes and a silent auction of a pen and ink
drawing donated by a member of the club. Bud Evans taught a mini
lesson and gave demonstrations on bird carving. Pete Le Clair gave
instruction and demonstrations in caricature carving.
Vendors offered for sale a variety of supplies and equipment used by
woodcarvers.
